選委會是什麼

選委會的唯一功能是提名及選舉行政長官。因選委會只有八百人及很大部份都是不用選舉便可當選, 令特首選舉成為一個不用向普羅市民負責的選舉, 令候選人要得到一百票提名也有困難。我們承諾提名一位“第ニ候選人”與曾蔭權先生競爭特首一職, 以盡我們的努力打破這局面。如你認同我們, 請投我們六位一票!!

What is this Election Committee about?

The sole function of the Election Committee is to nominate and elect the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. The Committee has only 800 seats, with a large portion of them not elected and therefore not directly accountable to the general public. This ‘small circle’ game makes a multiple-candidate CE Election unlikely because it is not easy to get the minimum required 100 nominations. We commit to nominating a ‘secondary candidate’ to compete with the incumbent. If you think this is the right thing to do, please cast your vote for us!!
